News:Bennington College Beckons the Blabbering House

Bennington College has a rep for being strongly liberal, wildly creative, and spontaneously naked. This is exactly the type of crowd Homie needs to be speaking with next as he continues his quest for the right safe-drinking advice. Will the Bennington student body uphold their prestigious stature and deliver some renown safe-drinking tips, or will they slur out the same jargon Homie has already heard?

A conversation from a past visit.

“Hey Homie, how's it going?”
“Hey, I'm ok, whats ups with you?”
“Not much, just going down to a friend's party.”
“Cool, are you guys drinking tonight?”
“Yea, I think he has a couple of kegs. Do you want to come?”
“That sounds like fun. I wish I could go, but I'm trying take a break from drinking. Lately I've been over drinking, and my night turns out bad.”
“Really, that's not good. What do you mean by "bad"?”
“Well, I'm fine for awhile, drinking, dancing, and having fun. But I get to a point where I just keep drinking and I become way too drunk, lose my memory, and end up doing something stupid. I wake up not knowing what I did and feeling really guilty.”
“Oh yea, I hate that too. Blacking out sucks.”
“Can you give me any advice on how to moderate my drinking so I can actually enjoy the party?”
“Homie, you need to be conscious on how much you drink, so you might want to count your cups. Also, try to drink slower, and let yourself last through the night. You might want to try drinking a glass of water between your beers so that each drink doesn't hit you so hard. Maybe that will work.”
“I like that advice. I need to take it a bit easier. Maybe I'll set a maximum number of drinks and stop after that. Cool, thanks man.”

“No problem Homie. You have a good night. I'll see you around.”
